first stop for a PK is OB; and that requires numerous overdue SEC filings, and expense to get there - audited quarterly financials to begin with! So all recent discussion about uplisting is consistent with the 'hoping & praying' I read on here; and wanting to believe Newby is real - WHICH HE AIN'T!

You believers somehow also believe the stock sold off 30% on Thurs & Fri on large volume to simply provide you an entry point. LOL!
