What do you mean by entries, key words or phone #'s linked to?

Where did you get that figure?

With reference to different phases I don't see how additonal switch capacity wouldn't be in queue for when it will be needed.

Also doesn't sound reasonable considering a goal of 300 Ambassadors each limited to 100 key words in their data base at a time, not counting the ones that move to contracted status which creates openings in the 100 allotment.
