I too live in Fort Wayne. I have been inside the building! It sits in a high traffic area of town. Just to its North is the main corridor from the north to the south side of the city and to its due south is I-69. This is a good area especially for business. To speak too quickly about lease/sale & occupancy rates/days on the market for commercial property would be foolish as this buildings situation is like 10's of thousands of commercial properties right now. Sharholders should rightly focus on KC9000 and its applications not where Brian's desk is.
