after the cut off date which in this case is the morning of 17 you can sell and keep the restricted divvies and sell them on maturity
but I would think before the 17 you would want to buy more KATX and not sell on the 17
they know much better then what we are thinking
they will not let the market be flooded on the 17 with KATX shares but instead create buying pressure with another big announcement
