Does Section 2015.3 requires them to file not later than five days before the first creditor meeting. Obviously they did not do that. Should we expect them to file this information before they release the reorganization plan?

To the extent that the 2015.3 filing might be favorable to equity, and to the extent that the company's management might be more sympathetic to creditors, should we expect the company to try to delay the 2015.3 filing until after the reorg plan is submitted?
