LOL it may be one of those things that a bunch of technicians dreamed up and really means nothing. just a bunch of statistics calculated, because if the company changed strategy or finances, the charts and such would changed accordingly, i guess they are based on information they actually receive and/or have access to, not quite sure. but basically you can't count on charts to pave your road to investments, they are not reliable enough. They are mostly projections of what they think the trend will be. And that in itself says, not 100% reliable. Its only 100% with past performance, which means little, simply because its past performance. It takes skill, patient thorough research, and sometimes thats not even enough. because as soon as you are done with doing all that, things can suddenly change without warning. so it all boils down to being at the right place at the right time
