I know the answer to that. Got a little more confirmation last week from a person who has certain knowledge by association with a certain person. Its amazing what people will tell you, show you, and give you, when they are approached by "officials quietly looking for some background information".
I'll relate this to you in a story manner so it can not appear as a violation of the TOS, and its on topic because BEHL is discussed.
A long, long, time ago, in a galaxy far, far away....errr....
Once upon a time in a land thats far out called California, there was a certain company whose name starts with the letter 'W' that had a company officer who was also a real estate agent. One day this company officer/real estate agent, who was a real 'go getter' for land deals for companys looking for land as he had some land to unload and at the same time he could ingratiate himself into the company family and get inside information for stock trading purposes. He scurried far and wide trying to put together deals, stopping and looking and then scurrying again. He bugged everyone he could, he was a pest in other words. He reminds one of a small furry creature known as a gopher. (For the sake of not having to type the info each time i'm going to contract a statement so far into a name, so for the rest of the story this person will be refered to as Gopher.)
One day Goper discovered there was a victi.... errrrr... company in his detection range, looking for some land. The company's name was BEHL. So off Gopher sucrries, only this time Gopher had a secret plan. Gopher put together a land deal in a place called Palm Springs and for his work he received a buncha things called 'restricted shares'. Gopher started talking real nice about BEHL, he said some great things, only one little itsy bitsy problem, at the beginning he didn't let anyone know he was working on the land deal which was to be announced later. In the mean while Gopher started buying stock because he knew the land deal announcement would make the price go up and he could make money on it. However, that wasn't the only problem, Gopher had not revealed there were some possible legal issues with the land. Not only that but there was also a little side deal going on with that company with a 'W' in its name. Gopher only let a few people in on this information so they could profit too. (one in particular who made this story possible.)
One day it came to pass the deal was announced. Sure enough Goper and his friends made some money on the stock. However, soon the problems with the land deal were discovered, the problems Goper had intentionally left out even though the law requires him to disclose them. BEHL decided not to go through with the land deal in Palm Springs. This made Gopher angry and he vowed vengence upon BEHL and told people that "he would get them for this", and began talking badly about BEHL.
Sadly, it was his own greedy, swindling, work habits that caused the deal to fail yet Gopher doesn't see that. To this day the mornful pitiful cries of Gopher can be heard across the internet (actually in only a few places), repeating the same thing over and over again only said a little differently each time.
If you listen closely you can hear it now...hear that? Listen closely,,,there it is again...a little louder...ahhh now we got it, its says "Whineeeeeeeeeee....DF...MB...bad...me....good...Blah Blah Blah Blah Blah Blah...sob sob"
