FFGO - July 5th is the observed holiday. July 4th is the actual holiday. Not sure if you knew that ID.

They could make an announcement any day they choose. Markets will be closed on Monday the 5th and if the dividend is to be announced that it will be paid in cash, partial cash, or whatever form of stock (plus or minus cash),the buzz around FFGO will be huge.

If it is announced that day, a day the market is closed, and a week which many will be away vacationing, all I could say is ouch to those left behind trying to cover the orders hitting the wire.

If there is a short position, and that position is huge, and if a majority of the free trading shares are locked up in paper cert form, MM's and brokers will be struggling to find real shares, "free" trading in the electronic market.
