Look through every single PR and SEC filing they have done...I've read the agreements, I just don't remember where I read them =). Sorry I can't provide a link. If you ask IR maybe they can send it to you or point you to a link...

You may need to go as far as back the SPAC proxy documents (300+ pages, hehe).
