There’s no way of knowing how many shares are needed to get the pps moving as its impossible to know how many shares are being held versus sold. The reason you were not able to sell your 3 million shares is because GDTK has been a “no bid” since last fall. A good sign for shareholders is that the float has been reduced by 1/3rd or 5 billion shares as of the last Q. As I’ve been posting, I think theres an opportunity to make money here short term, but if you’re looking for a long term investment, definitely do your DD on this one.
