I simply asked if my numbers were right? If so, though unlikely, there is the chance an entity could buy enough shares to have controlling interest in BVIG.

I did not say it would happen. I simply said it is a possibility and nothing more than that.

As for the copper properties, I do think there is going to be a positive PR. It could be via the Lucky properties seeing all the resources that VALE has at it's disposal. If not, positive results from Rusty Ridge will do quite well.
