What is embarrassing? You are looking at a development PBR. The tubing is known to be defective and prone to leaks. BEHL decided to continue learning about the system despite the possibility of the tubes leaking. That seems to me to be a better decision than sitting on their hands waiting for the new tubing to be delivered!
