Your wrote, "All of those entities where scams". I think you meant to write "were scams". You are absolutely correct with the past tense. The original people that were at Eurotech were not scammers. They believed in the technologies and made some progress toward comercialization but, as you are fully aware, when Verdi and crew got control and the toxic financing came along, everything went south.

You may be correct in your opinion that any patents that were held by Eurotech have expired or have been superceded but we can't be absolutely certain that either has happened.

No one would want to purchase control of Eurotech without having correct knowledge of the asset being purchased. I certainly don't have that information but it appears someone does. I doubt one could buy 50M EUOT shares in a private transaction at anywhere close to the price you suggest. A 50M open market purchase would require a long time frame if one wanted to keep the sp at a reasonable level. A 10M market buy order would push this above .10 in quick time.
