Flo-bee, to my knowledge no legal action has been taken. A number of lawyers, as you may recall, chimed in on the discussion last month and recommended against pursuing such a case; indeed the opinion was unanimous and well articulated. I hope for everyone's sake, and hence Joe's as well, that he decided that it wasn't worth his time, effort and money. It seemed like a classic lose lose situation, except of course for the attorneys handling it. Naturally, I don't know what Joe's current intentions are, but somehow it seems unlikely that he'd make them known here on this board. I strongly disagreed with Joe's approach to the whole matter. But I never regarded him as a fool. As such, knowing how easy it is to get overheated in the thick of battle, I have every reason to believe he will refrain from sticking his hand in a meat grinder without first carefully weighing his prospects while not under the influence of adrenaline. Indeed, perhaps he's waiting for the Company to falter before proceeding, if he's even thinking about the matter any more.
Yet what we need is clarification from the Company, not from Joenatural.
