Stumbled upon this research report from 2003. It is a geological survey done by the Newfoundland Department of Mines and Energy.
It covers the Roberts Arm belt and Handcamp is mentioned. It is material for those familiar with the field, to me it made not much sense.

I checked for occurrences of various minerals, for the two sections (6A and 6B) where in between Handcamp is situated, and googled around to find
other Felsic VMS properties that show the same mineral signatures. Think that I found one (a gold, zinc and copper) that has been drilled and reported
on early 2009. Whats more, the outcrop rocks are identical as those in handcamp (yellowish, reddish).
It has drawn interest and a one hole test drill results released early January. It invited a mining company to do more on it. It is Todd's Creek in British Colombia.

I do not know if this all makes sense, but for me it was a fun hour of searching. Geology is fascinating.lol
Anyway, hope someone with more knowledge (and we have one the board, IIRC) can value this report.

A quote of some interesting things (page 84):

The tectonic stack of thrust and nappes at Gullbridge widens to the southwest and southeast of this past producing base-metal mine but it narrows considerably norteastward. However, it is possible that Unit 6A of the Roberts Arm Group may represent a part of Gullbridge biomodal unit and the Gull pond basalt; whereas, a younger unit called the Eastern Felsic Tuff may reside within Unit 6B. The Handcamp gold prospect is situated near the reverse vault seperating Unit 6A and Unit 6B.
