Look at CYTR today! Trading at 1.80 up 53% up .63 with 40 times average daily volume. Just now breaking out on a nice double bottom, that follows a bull flag (lower lows, lower highs).They have a number of good PR's lately, and an analyst today gave them a 12 month price target of 7.00
