Free Float!! Naked Short selling!! Dilution!! Dumping!! late filings...Etc> Etc. WHO friggen cares!!!??? A lot of people seem to be ignoring one thing I believe to be simple FACT! The PPS of FFGO DOES NOT MATTER!! It is .0001 now and will most likely be that once again after the Dividend.

What matters is how many shares you own!! Why do I say this? It's really really simple. FFGO owns Gold Properties that are being sold, the full amount of the proceeds from the sell are being distributed to shareholders!! Once the sale is executed FFGO will own no assets what so ever...which means??? If you buy shares now at the current price your gonna do real well (at a minimum .003 per share owned), because once the TA announces the ex Div date the PPS should rise to about the same amount as the declared dividend, (so good luck buying in when that happens). and THEN!! after the ex date there will be no value in the company, the PPS will reflect that with it going back to .0001 once again.

So! How many shares do you own?? I have my tickets for the show already, I'll get my divi for the shares I own, then in all likely hood I will not be able to sell after the deal. But who cares at that point? I don't.

Now of course there are several concerned people here on this board who believe this whole thing is a scam and are trying to warn about it so that you do not loose your money in a bad investment. You should listen to what they have to say, then you need to decide for your self based on your own very extensive DD. As for me, I apprecate what they are trying to do, however, it is my opinion that this deal is not a scam and that it will pay off..but thats just me...you decide for yourselves.
