Thanks gator,...I heard as much but wasn't sure and with hardly any info in the listings, I am planning a call to the "CEO" -- see what's what (you never know what they'll say-- or not say).

Has anyone heard any rumors as to who it might be buying, RM into, timeline, anything? Thanks again.

I posted my call to Old Monmouth-- the TA for EPCG and reported that there has been NO DILUTION so that is good. Now let's see what else we can dig up here!!
