"TSW uses market capitalization as a tool to figure out if a company is undervalued or overvalued at any given time. TSW has studied penny stocks for a very long time. TSW has come up with a formula using a 40 million market capitalization guide when evaluating companies. These guidelines have kept us out of a lot of trouble, it tells us when short-sellers are about to hit a stock.

To come up with our market capitalization figures we use the shares outstanding of these companies. So if you take the shares outstanding of STHG 681,000,000 when it was trading at .0005 you have a ridiculous market capitalization of 340,000. At this point we feel STHG can trade up to .07 and not really have a ridiculous market cap.

KATX has the same type of share structure as STHG at about 641 million shares outstanding. KATX hit a high of .25 with this type of share structure. Can STHG go that high? We don’t know it is up to the market.

If STHG can hold above the psychological .01 and build a base in the short-term the stock might have a shot at .07 which would put it at fair market value in the market capitalization range of 40 million.

If you combine technical analysis with market capitalization analysis you will make big money in the penny stock game for sure. It doesn’t matter what the big boards are doing or if British Petroleum is falling off a cliff, there is always money to be made in the small-cap arena."

bankshot,,you have always said truth about market cap,,,here a piece from a TSW article just relased yesterday on stgh and it have exactly what you always say,,,

so the point to they assesment of companys by market cap,,if they think sthg should be .07 and be fair value, that would put AMSZ at 3.5x that .07 or .25 at fair market cap value,,,and AMSZ actually have $2.1mm revenue and now even higher than that in 2010!!!!
