Well, i am eating crow. I fully expected that jbii would file on time; i was wrong. I believe/hope we will get a PR tomorrow to provide alot of info about the hold-up and progress with P2O. The processor works (according to Islchem); so lets get this ship off the rocks and execute: filing, permit, and production.
