It was a rhetorical question. I’m speculating that they’re trying to get the pps out of the mud without an R/S. At least at this point. Reducing the float by over a third should have quite an impact. Judging by the L2, with only 3 MM’s on the ask at 1, I’m suspecting the float may be shown to be even lower still once the new Q is out.
