So does it matter or not if you put in a Bid/Ask at GTC and lets say it's been in for a week. If someone puts in a Bid/Ask a week after you, They may get theirs and you not yours?

Can the MM's decide who they want to sell to, ===> even if it's not in order of when a buy was placed?
