No, illogical is why would someone without any stake in this hang around this only to give comments about how illogical it is for people to want to get their money back because those who had no business getting involved by calling the SEC got involved and made them lose their money in the first place.

It's in everybody's interest to point out possible fraud--if someone were robbing your neighbor, would you ignore it on the assumption that the robber must need the dough?
