For those of you that missed my RB post, I had a little exchange of e-mails with Frank H. I brought up the issue of the perceived lack of info at this point in time. His response was that a CC or press release would not make the IND process go faster so what is to be gained. It appears that Tustin is in hibernation mode until they get word from the FDA.
