Here's the deal..A little Dick Tracy and Sherlock Homes sleuthing yielded some interesting results> let me say to the board to settle down some anxiety that all is not lost:

1) The commercial was tied in with T20 an energy drink. It was almost a disaster

2) A re-shoot has been done and the commercial is currently being edited

3) consensus is that they are on the right track. (do not know if that means T20 was dropped???)

4) The main sticking issue is that the production company needs media dollars to get it aired!!!!

don't know if that is forth-coming...this is an assumption based on some tidbits of info...BAB is probably waiting to get a line of credit approved to use to fund the media...do not know status of that....but that is a logically assumption based on other information that was forthcoming....

All i'm going to say is that myself and a group of investors hold a significant position....we are very motivated in the success of BAB..which we believe will eventually happen...we gather our talents and do serious due diligence...we turn over every stone...but we do not have access to propriety information....it's all analytical and old fashioned leg work....i do not know what's in the hearts and mind of senior management except i do believe they want success just as much as us or even more than us....the main principles have huge stakes and if the company succeeds they will be extremely wealthy...why would they not go it???? Deduction my dear Watson...that's the best I can do...
