Regarding POSC, I believe they could be securing supply chain relationships beyond just their two immediate products. POSC customers arent going to shake their existing supply chain relationships with Siemens, Phillips etc if they dont have a guarantee that POSC will be around for a long time. POSC needs credibility and financial backing. They also need to be able to provide their potential customers with wider peripheral services/equipment in case the customers lose their clout with current vendors which could happen with the pending switch to POSC products. This is why I believe COV has been acquiring and is keeping quiet about the partnership until all the supply chain issues have been solidified. COV as a partner would alleviate alot of question marks associated with the switch to POSC's product.
