Elk, the only portion of Moore's tyraid that interests me are his judge comments. I am hoping there is more to this case than meets the eye and as incite said, it all could be posturing.

For all we know there could be an agreement already made and the rest is just formalities to keep the stock price down to make a 30 cent take over appear attractive.??? I don't believe anything I just said, but it's fun.
