Can someone please provide some background,...what the hell happened here? The chart shows over $0.60 less than 6mo's ago and over $0.50 less than 3mo's ago. What gives?

I read a bit about the technology...hmmm so-so it seems, but haven't yet researched what the caused the tank in pps.

Does anyone know the complete S/S & have any good DD here?
