Very Strange:

PR on 12/3 specifically states that there are now $32.8m shares outstanding.

PR on 12/8 announces 5 for 1 split effective 12/23(wouldn't this be 32.8m x 5 in resulting o/s?)

PR on 1/6/05 confirms o/s of 32.1m.

Any thoughts?
