I am starting to change my opinion of you. I do hear what you are saying. If a company wants to keep a plant running long term, they do need to invest in keeping the equiptment in the best condition possible. When Lean Management came in, true believers bought into all of it and not only reduced some of their staff but revamped the factory to be more efficient (i.e. less down time from machine breakdown). Other companies just looked at this as an opportunity to reduce staff and make the remainder work harder just to keep their jobs. More money for the "key" people.
It does not surprise me that CEMJQ does not care about their employees. The POR shows that.
