I spoke with a JP MORGAN ANALYST today!
Asked his professional opinion on the industry and who he believed was the current technology leader. He stated that SunnComm currently has the superior product (exhaled a little when I heard that validation ~smiles). However, since the original JP Morgan report composed back in 2003 that Macrovision and other technologies have gained ground on SunnComm (no surprise)...but again SunnComm still has the lead in his opinion.

He also mentioned the growth of online music distribution (which we have yet to see SunnComm, Macrovision, or First 4 Internet take hold of). Another reason why it would be very beneficial to SunnComm to obtain and announce an online service and/or kiosks deal(s)!!

P.S. Note that JP Morgan completed an analyst report on Macrovision back in the spring of 2003. In which, SunnComm was touted as leading the race. I believe it is important to note that JP Morgan does not do analysts reports on SunnComm, but on Macrovision. So it was nice for me to hear that they felt MVSN competitor, SunnComm, was still leading the race.
