i partially agree....was watching the L2 all day today and it wasn't pretty.
it took 1-1.5 million shares to drop us from .0045 to the .0028...people were bid wacking and MM manipulation did move this down faster than i expected


we had 4-6 million share volume at .0029 in the latter hours.....and we did not budge.

it was little odd.

i really don't have a definitive answer but it could be one of--->

the float is still open...

or

the 20 million shares hit the market (someone mentioned the OS and float has slightly increased.....

or

someone just wanted to move on and did not care.
