Conversation with CEO of CWLZ 23-Jun-10 01:32 am I called (Phone: [phone]) last week and spoke with CEO of CWLZ , Mr Fitzpatrick. The following are his answer to my questions:

Q: What is behind recent rally?
A: I cant answer this question.

Q: What about responding to FDIC requests
A: The Company intends to present a plan that includes a discussion of the actions for the Company to recapitalize. I refer you to our recent PR on this issue.

Q: What about Nasdaq issues
A: The Company intends to request a hearing before a Nasdaq Hearings Panel to appeal the delisting determination. I refer you to our recent PR on this issue.

Q: Is there daily pressure from FDIC to increase capital
A: There is no more FDIC actions beyond we have published. I dont think FDIC is interested in premature failure of our bank.

Q: What your company is doing to increase its capital
A: Recently we are talking with group of investors to increase capital by about $10M

Q: Is this capital plan will significantly dilute the shareholder value
A: I cant answer this question

Q: There is an improvement in the bank loan portfolio
A: I cant answer this question

Q: Will Q2 losses will be less than $12M of Q1
A: I cant answer this question.

Q: Is Creasent Capital trying to increase its stack above 50%
A: You don’t really expect me to answer this question.
