Scratch Markland, Global Matrechs, and NNRI from your list of companies related to EUOT. There is no longer any relationship with either of those companies.
Also, scratch EPDS as there is not now and most likely will never be a relationship between EUOT and EPDS. A merger of Nanotech into EPDS may occur but that has nothing to do with EUOT unless Licensor rights in the Global sub-license to Nanotech have now reverted to Eurotech. Nanotech is no longer mentioning a sub-license of HNIPU from Global on the NTI website but Eurotech is not mentioned either.
Although now uncertain, EUOT may still hold intellectual property rights to a number of technologies that were acquired from the Israeli Research Center and the EKOR tech that was developed in Russia. Are there any developed products that are commercially viable? Nanotech is saying yes. Whether or not EUOT is still entitled to royalty payments on sale of developed products is an unknown.
The Moderator and Assistant here are both right. There is no need to discuss CT Banking and the Manhatten DA's actions against Southridge's dealings with Markland equities. Those matters are now of no consequence to EUOT...
