Her signature is just ...

a formality .. as she's instructed them to draft the order for her to sign ... and that order really doesnt directly affect anyone other than RM ...

RM has personally guaranteed lots of the loans, so if MMPI is unable to pay the he's personally on the hook ...

but there was some other really important matters covered in her rulings .....
