Been playing this one for quite some time. Nice bottom put in around $5.00

Fundamentals getting better as they deleverage their debt. Foreclosed on many properties, sold some and using cash to pay off more debt.

Float is about 94 million. 25% of that is shorted. Been a real tug of war between the bulls and bears.
