First off I have to say I have been wrong about alot with JBII. So take this for what it's worth. I do NOT think it is a scam. I did when I first came across the stock because some people around it who are long are treating it as one imo.
Ultimately the big warning sign on INUV was loss of personnel especially in the acquisitions. Not just "name" leaders but key employees. I think the CEO was well-intentioned just very new to running a public company. To that end I think JB really needs a seasoned public co. operating exec or a BOD with that kind of experience to guide him. There are all sorts of traps for the inexperienced.
One last thing....I knew I was in trouble when he wouldn't return calls promptly....
I do hope for all of you this thing works out. In that case I am close enough to the story to probably pick an ok entry point.
