ORDERED that that portion of the Court's tentative ruling, attached as Exhibit "A" hereto, entitled "Is the provision in the Plan to enjoin creditors from enforcement of certain guaranty
obligations against non-debtor guarantors during the course of the Plan properly included in the Plan?" is hereby incorporated herein by this reference and made the final ruling of the Court; and it is further

ORDERED that, as a matter of law, the "Temporary Enforcement Injunction" contained in Article IV. 0 of the Plan violates Bankruptcy Code § 524( e) and cannot be included in any plan of
reorganization or forced upon any creditor in a plan of reorganization.
