With all due respect to you, I do not believe this Floridaboy. It's unimaginable. You mean BLVI does not know the ad until it was delivered to them? C'mmon, of course they discuss the scenes, background, approach and tone of dialogue delivery etc before hand with the makers of the Ad agency. There would have been some one in the IR Dept who was constantly monitoring the progress of the Ad. Afterall it was their main publicity material.

I suspect, BLVI failed to pay the Ad company. They thought they would have cash on hand to pay for delivery of commercials but due to lack of supply inventory or bottle necks in supply chain / distribution lines company ran out of cash.
