Between 10:22 and 11:36 there was over 70 MILLION SHARES traded ON THE ASK at .001 with just over 9 million dumped on the bid, in 6 or 7 transactions.

The Ask never went up, but rather went DOWN after this.

70 million shares on ASK does not raise the price? Something is very very very wrong here.

Email whistleblower@finra.org and let them decide what is going on.
