Sorry for the lengthy note but I felt it was necessary

This is not a critical note but a note that gives a bit more meaning to what I believe this company is all about and to put things into perspective. I love the commitment from those who have been here for more than 4 mths and have seen the stock price slide. Although the price has been significantly reduced you are still committed to this company long term and you continue to buy more shares. If you are in for the long haul (1-3) years then let's be patient. For those who know what this company has done
in 2.5 years since they began work in China then you know the huge potential of this company 1-3 years out.

I can not predict what will happen to any degree of certainty but I will say that if history continues to repeat itself good things will be coming. This is not a company that is going to be an overnight success but it's a company that based on record has a business plan and is trying very hard to execute on that plan.

There are some investors who would like Frank to respond to their e-mail, others would like him to respond to voice messages. Let's assume on a weekly basis there are 10-15 folks sending e-mails and leaving v-mails all asking different question and wanting responses. Do you want him spending 1.5 - 2 hrs each week replying to your personal concerns or using that time to negotiate new deals with vendors, suppliers & sellers? This is a small operation, and they are at a very crucial stage in the development of this company. I think (JMO) he is trying to establish credibility on two fronts; to the suppliers (prove that he can get their products sold) and sellers (he is able to provide high quality products. My guess is that he is spending most of his time doing these things.

If you have faith and trust in Frank they I ask that you continue to be patient so far from what I have seen he has be true to his words.

If you do not faith and trust then I would suggest you sell your shares of GDHI and move on to another stock.

P.S. When it's all said and done he will have retired 1Billion shares of the company stocks. I believe these are his own personal shares and if I am right then he would have given up approximately $1.2Mil of personal wealth (at current pps). This speaks to the commitment this man has for this company and its shareholders.

For what it's worth JMHO
