Lumber Charts -- looks to fill the last GAP

Looks to fill the last GAP on the Continuous Charts.

Re: Stalking Horse Bidding (363 Sale -- looks like those on the EC should take note that this has direct implications with NOL's) (GM, and Ph.Coyotes and Jim Basille are two good examples).

That said, Tembec is being very vague about their refinancing plans from last week's press release. "certain parties" -- GS / Anonymous keeps on buying Tembec shares to keep that ratio between ABWTQ and Tembec virtually the same as the past year.

Tembec says not to worry about the ST lumber market -- they sell forward, so to speak. Maybe ABWTQ does as well.

At the very least, whatever happens at tomorrow's auction will will be able to compare with what Tembec is doing (after it is announced, since they are doing it at the same time.

Also, other Forestry companies are buying back bonds -- so a lot of good comparisons will be out there to shoot down Management's request for 8.5% of the NewCo based on incentives.
