My beef with CEO is that he should have said there is a partnership signed or being worked on and HE HAS NO IDEA OF A COMPLETIION DATE. Instead he keeps saying shortly or soon and has said that for the last two months. This is what is driving the PPS down.

Bottom line - no PR by the middle or end of July, this stock will bottom out between 0.04 and 0.06.
