Does this math workout?

I've read that some truly believe that there is no more that 50% - 70% dilution. So looking at $1.90 to $3.20 worst case?

5% = .32 - got the 5% from the first failed POR from the company

10% = .64
20% = 1.28
30% = $1.92
40% = 2.56
50% = $3.20
60% = 3.84
70% = 4.48
80% = 5.12
90% = 5.76
100% = $6.40

Or do I need to got back to grade school for basic math?
