News out early this morning!!!

SANTA ANA, Calif., Jun 23, 2010 (GlobeNewswire via COMTEX) -- BioCentric Energy
Holdings, Inc. (Pink Sheets:BEHL) today announced the following PBR system
install negotiations and joint venture opportunities.

Company President, Monique Berry, today stated that on June 16, 2010, BioCentric
Energy Holdings signed exclusive NCNDA's (non-compete, disclosure agreements)
for two potentially large international clients.

Ms. Berry announced that the first client is scheduled to travel from Hong Kong
to California to visit the BioCentric Energy headquarters the first week of
July. This client is in negotiations with the company to deploy 20 acres of the
Company's PBR systems within the United States this year. The capital investment
for this client is in the region of $5.5 million for this specific project.

The second client is traveling from Latin America and will visit the Company's
Santa Ana, California headquarters in the second week of July. This client is
seeking to deploy 10+ acres of PBR systems in the United States this year and
subsequently 50+ acres of PBR's throughout Latin America early next year. The JV
capital investment for this client is approximately $16 million. BioCentric
Energy will provide an update on the international clients following the
meetings in July. The Company is still moving forward and working to solidify
client contracts through its VAR (value-added reseller) for tribal lands and
Northern California Indian Reservation projects.

Monique Berry stated, "The Company has received an overwhelming response to an
earlier PR announcing an open house at the BioCentric Energy Santa Ana,
California headquarters later this summer. The BioCentric Energy team remains
enthusiastic to hold this "All Green" educational event and meet the BEHL
shareholders and present the PBR systems and other BioCentric advanced algae
reproductive equipment. A scheduled date for this event will be announced later
this month."

Ms. Berry further stated, "On Tuesday evening, additional algae inoculum was
added to the commercial research PBR system at the BioCentric Energy
headquarters in Santa Ana, California. Although the tubes will be upgraded in a
few weeks and the system will be inoculated with new algae, the Company will
continue to run this system and optimize the PLC and record the growth rates of
the algae and other vital information for the continued improvement of our PBR
systems."
