I was looking at some old pr and found one dated 05/10/2010 that I never paid any attention to or just did not see it.
It talks about a small company offering and sale of securities without registration (D)
It says Minimum investment accepted from any outside investor is $50,000.
Do you or has anyone heard anything about CPSZ selling any or getting any larger investors in the door ?

Ohh and for the term or phrase insider I was meaning, are the owners buying any more of their stock. Not asking are they saying in thing about the stock I understand insider is a bad thing. I know they have to file if they plan on buying - so my bad if you misinterpreted
