He was one of the directors left behind to mind the shop at Eurotech when Verdi and Tarini went away to take over Markland. Carey Naddell advised that he and the rest of the EUOT board resigned when the reins were turned over to Belmont. There was no public info release but I believe that occured in late 2008 or early 2009.
Graves was certainly on the EUOT board when the plan was put together to move the techs out of Eurotech to Markland and HomComm but the prime mover was Chad Verdi, President and Chairman of the BOD. Don Hahnfeldt, CEO, stayed on as a director but was assigned as head of the Lic Tech Div at HomComm/Global, but resigned early on and also resigned from Eurotech.
Graves, Hahnfeldt, and Peter Gulko, a consultant, were the only folks onboard at Global that knew anything about the technologies. By 2005, they were all gone from Global.
