OK NUMBER 1 in my experience most times the CEO is a ICON a Mouthpiece if you will and all successful companies change CEO's on a rate similar to say your local politicians. Maybe he wasn't cutting the mustard who knows maybe conflict of interest with his prior employement at Sappire, confidentiality stuff. Maybe his resignation saved us a law suit down the road. WHO KNOWS WHO KNOWS

Lets hope he signed a confidentiality agreement and a no compete clause or some of our tech could end up elsewhere that's my worry!!
