FINRA lists it as happenin tomorrow.

Should open at .012 with new trading symbol ECMHD. I suppose they could have a delay if the Transfer Agent isn't up to speed. We'll see tomorrow. I'd just like to see it done. The available shares are important to their move forward plan.
