The new TA was not just chosen out of the sky. Our NY law firm is a top of the line Wall St. group. I live here, and I am guessing of course, but I feel that Ken was in discussions with them BEFORE he chose the new TA. That was where the important discussions began (with the lawyers). The new TA is a follow up. I just can't picture Ken suddenly deciding to switch TAs without having consulted with our law firm.
Therefore, I agree with you BAHILI.
I also think something is up!
Ken has shown excellent guidance and great choices until now. There is every reason to believe that Ken has even strengthened his GOLDEN touch.
